Safe Mode with Networking - Same as Safe Mode, but adds the network drivers and services you will need to access the internet and other computers on your network. You also need this mode if you need to use devices such as a USB flash drive.Tap or click Startup Settings and then Restart. If you don't see the Startup Settings option, tap or click Advanced options. Once your PC restarts, on the Choose an option screen, tap or click Troubleshoot. Under PC settings, tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.There are three different types of safe mode boot options that are available in the Advanced Boot Options.
